as if (written) language will help ...

some humans are fascinated by the abstraction[s] of numbers. i
guess this project proves they are me.

i started with a list of simple ratios. my task, then, was to
create a sonic relationship between the numbers. i tried to
change the manner in which the two numbers were presented from
piece to piece, all the while generating sounds that would be
friendly to the ear.

also, running throughout the project like a sub-text were the
various programming modifications required to make a 16 step
sequencer handle meters that are not divisible by 2.
